Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate garments may not be eligible for return unless they are unopened or defective upon arrival. Please review individual product details for specific exclusions.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if you need a different size, color, or product. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide a brief description and photos of the issue, and we will assist with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we are at fault. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as SILZ Apparel is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
